Early morning starts – UK orders – Kent to Brechin

Our mornings start early here at Hoods Honey HQ. I print the orders off at 5am and then we start ‘picking’ the products to complete these orders. They’re then packed for local delivery, local pick up or delivered nationwide by our courier partners APC! It’s always heart warming to see the spread of our lovely customers throughout the UK- today dispatching, amongst others, to Kent and Brechin, which are a few miles apart! Do you want to include a Card and Message for FREE?

At the Checkout, in the “Order notes (optional)” section tell us the type of celebration e.g. birthday, anniversary, new baby, thank you, Christmas, Easter etc, or just plain message, and we will choose a suitable greeting card.
Also in the “Order notes (optional)” section write the message you want included in the card.
DATE – If you want it to arrive on or as close to a specific date tell us in the “Order notes (optional)” and we will endeavour to deliver it as close as possible!

If you are local to our premises and wish to avoid a delivery charge we can organise for you to collect the order that you have placed online at our premises.

If you wish to use our free collection/pickup service please follow the instructions below

Within your online “CART” Select “Local pickup”
Select “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
At “CHECKOUT” in the “Notes” section tell us your preferred date(s) and time(s) for collection.

From your preferred options we will organise the exact date and time. We will then email you to confirm the exact date and time of your collection/pick up.

Collection will be outside the front of our premise. Please ensure that you maintain a safe distance of 2 metres between anyone you may meet at our premises. Thank you.
