Hoods Honey – Hot Pepper & Lime Vinaigrette
Made with all the heat and spice of Scotch Bonnet Peppers and our own Scottish Honey, but delicately balanced with a touch of fresh Lime Juice.
I love to serve this with any grilled fish and especially King Prawns.
The fiery Scotch Bonnets and the sweet prawns are just great.
Or for a delightful appetiser, serve as a dipping sauce with warm fresh bread – everyone will love it.
