Hoods Honey – Scottish Honey Hot Pepper Jelly

Our products are all 100% natural and created with passion. All the usual refined sugar has been replaced by our very own honey, to greatly enhance the health benefits.

There are no artificial colours, flavouring or preservatives, just the very highest quality ingredients from the heart of Scotland.

Beautifully created with the amazing heat and flavour of Scotch Bonnet Peppers and sweetened with Red Peppers and Hoods finest Scottish Honey. This is a wonderful, spicy accompaniment to almost anything including cheese, salmon, burgers and to use as a ready made stir fry sauce. Tasting is believing.

Ingredients: White Wine Vinegar (contains Sulphites), Honey (5%), Sweet Peppers (15%), Scotch Bonnet Peppers (2%), Pectin (naturally occurring product). For allergens see products in Bold. Created in a kitchen which also has nuts in it.

    Another product that lives up to description. It’s no so hot as to put folk off – it has a pleasant ‘kick’. Lovely with cheese, salmon & cold meats And an excellent substitute if you’ve run out of (another brand) hot, sweet chilli sauce.
