Paul Hollywood makes a lovely steam pudding using our Scottish Hood’s Heather Honey and tops it off by using our Scottish Hood’s Blossom Honey for the Cream to accompany the dish. It was such a fantastic experience.  The programme aired on Thursday 28th November 2013.  

I am excited to announce that I will be in Birmingham for the Winter BBC Good Food Show, taking to the stage to team up once again with chef and author Paul Hollywood. I will be at NEC Birmingham for the full event – 27th November to 1st December and look forward to returning and sharing my experience with you all.
